| 敦化市亞聯(lián)機械制造有限公司創(chuàng)建于2003年，公司專注于中密度、刨花板和復(fù)合材料的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)及相關(guān)設(shè)備的研發(fā)與制造。 公司自2003年至今已向市場提供25套連續(xù)輥壓生產(chǎn)線， 2009年公司自主開發(fā)成功SBP系列（第二代）連續(xù)輥毯式輥壓機，其產(chǎn)品性能大幅提高，并獲得國際發(fā)明專利。 自公司于2008年8月自主研發(fā)的第一條連續(xù)平壓生產(chǎn)線成功投產(chǎn)至今，目前已獲得24套市場訂單，9條已投產(chǎn)，產(chǎn)品幅寬為4英尺、6英尺、7英尺、8英尺、9英尺五種，分別用于生產(chǎn)中密度板、刨花板和復(fù)合材料。DBP系列雙鋼帶連續(xù)平壓機，可生產(chǎn)2.5-40mm厚的中/高密度板、刨花板和定向刨花板，適用于8-50萬立方米的大中型生產(chǎn)線的新建。 目前公司已授權(quán)的實用新型專利13件，已授權(quán)的發(fā)明專利4件，國際發(fā)明專利1件。公司于2006年通過了ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系認證和ISO14001環(huán)境體系認證。 Established in 2003, Yalian machinery Co., Ltd., located in Dunhua city, Jilin province, has been specialized in the research of the Panelboard process,the manufacture and the composite board of Panelboard production equipment. Since 2003 Yalian has provided 25 roller press lines to the market for the production of 2.0 – 6.0 mm MDF panels. In 2009, Yalian successfully developed the SBP series of roller press with heating plate and roller carpet system which has been patented by Yalian. With the new invention the product properties haven been greatly improved. In August 2008 Yalian successfully developed the first continuous press line. Twenty four orders with 4/6/7/8/9 ft width for MDF/Particleboard/Composite board have been obtained up to now.Nine lines have been started up. Yalian continuous press lines are suitable for the production of 2.5 – 40 mm thick panels. Up to now，Yalian has obtained 13 patents of new application and 4 patents of invention. The quality system ISO9001 and environment system ISO14001 have been certified to Yalian in 2006.
